As an independent advisory firm, our opinions, and solutions, are unconstrained by conventional industry boundaries, product type, or broker/dealer affiliations.  Our work has spanned a continuum of assignments, from capital raising to asset management; from contract Chief Financial Officer assignments, to commissioned research and problem credit analysis for portfolio managers of some of our nation's largest mutual funds.  In fact, much of our recent investment banking work has not involved conventional financing sources, but rather accessing the temporarily available Federal Stimulus funds, at rates and terms far below other market alternatives.
