What happens next
Nick reads every message himself and normally replies the same day. The first conversation is a call of thirty minutes or so, with nothing to prepare and no obligation.
We talk through the property you are selling, where the exchange stands, what the proceeds need to do, and whether a DST is a sensible destination for them. If it is not, we will say so.
Helpful to have on hand
None of this is required for a first call, but it lets us be useful from the start.
- The property you are selling: type, location and approximate value
- Your expected or actual closing date
- Estimated equity to reinvest, and any debt you need to replace
- Your qualified intermediary, if you have chosen one
- What you need the investment to do: income, simplicity, diversification, or an easier estate
