This notice explains what information Prassas Capital, LLC (“Prassas Capital,” “we”) collects through prassascapital.com and how it is used. It covers visitors to this website. Clients receive a separate privacy notice under the firm’s advisory agreement, which governs the nonpublic personal information we hold about them.
Information you give us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, telephone number, a description of the property you are selling, and your expected closing date. We use it only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to begin the engagement.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site records limited technical information when you visit:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are read and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information such as your browser type, approximate location and the pages you view. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Security. Our security software logs IP addresses and request data to block malicious traffic.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with DST sponsors, broker-dealers or other product providers. We share it only with service providers that operate the website and email on our behalf (web hosting, email delivery, analytics and security), or where required by law or regulation, including examinations by securities regulators.
Retention and security
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet the recordkeeping requirements that apply to registered investment advisers. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send account numbers or Social Security numbers through the contact form.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
